Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate your request and ensure that we can offer the time slot to other clients. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be permitted. No-Show Policy A no-show, or failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, significantly impacts our operations. If you do not attend your appointment without providing sufficient notice, a charge of 50% of the service fee will be applied. This charge covers room reservation, staff time, administrative costs, and any payment processing fees incurred. Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and cancellations are sometimes necessary. If you have booked your appointment online and need to cancel, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, no charge will be applied. If you have already paid for your service or voucher in advance, a 10% administrative fee will be charged. This fee helps cover the administrative and payment processing costs associated with your booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show. In this instance, a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee will be applied.
